My problem is possibly related to an earlier submitted support request (Problem with hCaptcha on popup), although I’m not sure as that one is quite vague.

I use WPForms Lite with hCaptcha integration, but in a pop-up: when clicking on a button, the form pops up. I don’t use any plug-in for the popup, it’s just some simple javascript. The problem is on mobiles: when I click on any link in the website, the hCaptcha form pops up, instead of following the link (in e.g. the menu). The moment I disable hCaptcha on the form, the problem is gone. I cannot find any javascript conflict and the strange thing is: this only happens on mobiles (phones and tablets), but not on desktops.

I realise this may not be enough info, but I hope it gives some direction where to look for a solution.

I just realised that this is maybe more related to wpforms, as it does hCaptcha integration without your plug-in active. OK, I’ll put this on their support forum, too.

You should show your simple javascript and explain what I have to do:

    1. Install WPForms Lite and hCaptcha
    2. Create form – which one?
    3. Show me your Javascript

The problem should persist on an empty WP site with 2 plugins installed: WPForms Lite and hCaptcha. Kindly let me know.
