Popup prevents me from updating any plugins

    I am trying to manually update some plugins, but now there is a popup that appears, preventing me from updating them.

    The popup title is: “UpdraftPlus – Automatic backup before update”

    Unfortunately the content within the popup is broken so I can’t read it. The only action I can take is to close the popup.

    How do I get this thing off my plugins page so I can update them?

    Hi,

    The common cause to that is plugin conflict. Try to temporarily deactivate any caching or security plugin and see if the problem is gone. If not, try deactivating all plugin except UpdraftPlus.
