Popup ONLY working properly on undesired pages

Hello,

I have this plugin on my sites and for some reason, it’s not working properly on https://www.theeagleadvantage.com/agents. There is a popup/shadowbox that is only supposed to show on that page but for some reason, the ONLY way it will show is if I set it to show up on all pages with a reverse command.

This is how it’s supposed to be set: https://prntscr.com/ddch3g but it will only work when it’s set up like this: https://prntscr.com/ddcgnz but then it shows up on all pages and that’s not what I want it to do.
