Popup only for loggedin

Hi, i’d created a popup and got a link to send by email.
Inside this popup ther’s a form about “feedback review”

Does this popup can be opened only from loggedin users? and if not logged can user be redirected to login page/popup and after open requested popup?

does its possible?
