Popup only firing on one page

For this issue, I am not able to replicate it eg the pop fires on all pages for me on my test site.

With that in mind I would recommend turning off any caching plugins you are using as sometimes this can have a conflict with the pop up firing when intended.

In addition to that you can also try clearing the caching from your website using the caching plugins settings.

If you do find the caching plugin is conflicting with the pop up, there is usually an option to exclude certain plugins from being cached.
