Popup Only Displays if Logged into WordPress

  • Hello there. The popup works fine if I’m logged into WordPress backend, but does not display otherwise. Please advise.

    Also, this is cookie base expire popup once you close it will not show you again the time expires which you have set from the backend https://prnt.sc/riav05

    if you want to check clear the cookies or use another browser or incognito/private window
