Popup “OnClick” event not working in navigation menu

We checked the given website and were able to see the popup.
It is possible that you have extensions activated on your browser?
If so, please, try to open with another browser or with the incognito mode of that browser.
Also, please, don’t forget to clear the cache.
Give it a try and let us know about the results, please.

I am having this issue as well – it is not my browser because a coworker is having the same issue on a completely different computer and browser. Any other suggestions? It works on the bottom menu but not the top menu, “Document Upload” has the popup. Very strange…
