popup on stackable feature grid button click

I am using a stackable feature grid block in gutenberg and would like to make the buttons each click to there own popup containing specific info about their corresponding plan. Can I do this with the popupbuilder plugin? I see there is the ability to popup on a button click but I’m having trouble seeing how I attach the popup to the individual buttons in this block.
