Popup on send with WP Contact Form 7

Hello,

I am new to wordpress and learning how to setup WP Popups to pop up on the contact form page only when the person fills out form and clicks the send button. I have tried playing with triggers and everything else but I can’t seem to get it to work (I feel stupid). Can anyone give any tips on how to get this to work?
