Pop-up on mobile is terrible

Also, do you have any custom CSS codes on your website?

As a workaround, I put the shortcode in a popup generated by “Popup Maker” plugin, which you can see here: https://www.shellyshumblekitchen.com/smoky-eggplant-dip/

This is the default pop-up placement on mobile screens and I see the same on my test site.

If you’d like to change it, you can try custom CSS. If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io.
