    Hi danieliser,

We are loving the Popup Maker plugin, but are having issues on the iOS/mobile version. On iOS/mobile the popup is shoved over to the right (maybe using the 20% size setting), and the depth of the popup is cropping the top and bottom parts of the text that’s in the popup.

We have the following as settings:

    Triggers: Auto Open
    Size: Micro-20% (responsive)
Min Width: nothing put in here (I may have put 20% at one point)
    Max Width: 20%
    Overlay disabled
    No animation
    Position: Bottom right
    Fixed positioning: tried both settings

The content in the popup is a newsletter signup form. The code was provided by the email marketing provider (MailChimp). The code has a bunch of DIVs and a set font size that isn’t in the code.

Could the content be the reason why the popup isn’t completely on the mobile screen?

    The site URL is https://www.chefgorji.com/canary_by_gorji.htm

    Thanks in advance

@gregsgraphics – Interestingly enough I think its the combination of max-width 20% and bottom left positioning.

You should be able to remove the max width, typically you would use a px based width there not %.

In your case selecting the responsive 20% size means it will be max 20% on desktop screens and on mobile it will collapse like a typical grid and fill 90% of the screen for the mobile. That should make a great fit for your form.
