Popup of Questions is not working correctly

In the end of this file:
/wp-content/themes/woodstock/css/app.css

Hi, not helped. I noted that when I use not logged in, the pop up in the first time appear under product photo, but, after try to open a second time, the popup open correctly. What can be?

It’s not possible to open Q&A popup in a new tab. Regarding the main issue, I do not see it when using the default theme of WooCommerce, Storefront, and activate only CusRev and WooCommerce plugins.

Is it possible I disable the button using CSS and put the questions and answers by WordPress Admin?
