Popup not working on tablet or mobile

  • Hi,

    The popup is working correctly on a desktop. However it won’t appear on my tablet (ipad mini), mobile.

    I even added a rule to display on tablet if true.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi.
    I have test it a iPad Mini (Safari) and it works.
    Then, I put the ruler “only tablet” and it works.

    Maybe the cookie was saved in the table when you closed the popup. Try changes the cookie name in the settings page or delete the cookie in your browser.

    I cleared the cookie using the plugin, deleted the cookie in chrome and it still won’t work except for desktop.

    I had my brother test on his android phone and it wouldn’t come up either.

    Could tell me which are all the rules you have in the setting of the popup?

    I have page type = all pages

    or

    tablet = true

    I added the tablet rule to try to force it on my ipad mini.

    How do you delete a rule? I don’t see a way to remove the tablet rule.

    I do also see the popup called Special Offer. There is a small (-) button next to the rule that will let you delete it.

    Try clearing your cookies and you will see the popup again. Or use testmode while you are logged as an admin
