It seems like there is a cookie from testing on your Mobile Device as it works fine on my end using a simulator: https://a.supportally.com/v/n1MKsP
OptinMonster uses cookies to control how often a campaign can reappear once it’s been closed or converted.?
The default setting for new campaigns is to hide the campaign for:
- 30 days after interaction (close)
- 365 days after conversion

Once you’ve modified the cookie settings please be sure to manually clear your normal browsing session’s cookies to remove any previously-set cookies for this campaign before testing again, or test from a new Incognito window.
Can you please clear the cookies from your mobile device and test it out and see if the issue still persists?
