Popup not working on iphone

  • Popup seems to work on android, pc but on iphone, not on safari or on brave browser. Is this is a common issue? Can I fix it or should I look for another solution?

    Popup is in the top button. Not sure if others struggle with this. But as of now I didn’t see any solution sadly
