Popup not working on different languages

    Hi,

    I have a site in three languages, using the polilang plugin. I built pop-ups with the pop up builder and integrated them into buttons. (for example: <button class=”sg-popup-id-12804″>Kontaktiere Lily jetzt für Deinen Yoga-Unterricht!</button>).
    This used to work fine, now the pop up only works on the german part of the site, not for english and not for spanish, even though the code and the settings are the same.
    Can you help?

    Thanks for reaching out!
    Can we ask you to make sure that you have chosen the appropriate page for the popup?
    Even if you have the exact class for the popup, you need to put the popup on the appropriate page to show.

    Hi and thank you very much for the answer.

    I have integrated the code for the button on each page this button should show up. And I have tried setting the display rule for the specific post, for the post category and for “all”, but it still won’t work on english and spanish. This is for various posts with different pop up buttons. All work on german posts, but not on the same post in english and spanish.

    We are sorry if the given explanations were not that clear.
    See, in case you have created the popup on the exact page, you need to make sure that the language of the page you have created is the same as the language when you have created the popup:

    You need to be sure that the language of the popup wile being created and the language of the page where it needs to appear are the same.

    Hi!

    Thank you, now I understood. I have now created a popup for one posts specifically in english, but it still does not work. Also, now the german pop ups have stopped working.
    It used to work on all languages with the same popup (not created specifically for that page). I don’t know where else to look to find the error. Can you help?

    Hi again.
    I just did create another pop-up in its respective language and now it works.
    Sorry, maybe me being stupid before?
    Still strange that it used to work with one pop up for all languages and now I need three different ones.

    We are happy that the issue is solved now.
    To be honest, in case you want to have popups for different languages, you need to have the appropriate popups set to appear on the appropriate pages, like in English popup in the English page and so on.
