PopUp not working in my site

Hi David, I have the same problem. I user wordpress 3.8 and install wordpress pop up plugin, then create a new pop over without any rules but the pop up does not show. I check the console in the browser but there is no JS error. my website is https://distributornanospray.com
can you please help me?

I am new to using this plugin and am having similar difficulties. I installed it, activated it, set it up according to your instructions and nothing. I’ve tried several different options but it doesn’t matter what I do, it’s not showing up at all. I have a woocommerce site and want my info to show on my shop page which I have entered in several different ways.

Thanks for posting on this. I do see that the popover code is loaded into your page but unfortunately it’s not actually doing anything.

Could you try adding something simple for content, perhaps just “Hello!”

Also, could you try the other loading methods and let us know how that goes?

@trpets, thanks for posting as well. The popover code isn’t getting loaded into your pages. Could you please try one of the other loading methods?

If these items don’t sort the issue, could you please create new topics for the issues so we could easily delve more into it?

This thread’s gotten lengthy so it’d help to have a new distinct thread to handle specifics. ??

I’ve read through both pages here and it seems none of the sites listed here have got their pop up working. So I’m not sure that anything got resolved yet. Here’s the site https://cruisedealfinders.com The home page is an HTML page and WordPress 3.9 is installed in the https://cruisedealfinders.com/blog directory. I have tried all settings but this one has really stumped me. I hope you can take a moment to look it over. I’m send you the login credentials via the private form.

Your site definitely presents some unique concerns and we’ll need to look into the matter in more detail through a new thread.

One thing to note, the popover script is getting added to your blog pages though there are some other things to consider which we can dig into through a new topic. ??
