Hello, I have updated to the latest version and suddenly popups in the menu stop working, however there is no problem with popups in the content. I am using the shortcode for the popups in the menu. Is this a bug or can I use any other method to implement popups in the menu?

  • Dear @amirdbest ,

    Thanks for the message!
Can we ask you to provide us with the website link so we can see the popup live?

Please, enable the **Debug Mode** so our support team can check what the issue is.
Follow the steps below to achieve this.
    1. Go to Popup Builder settings.
    2. Check the “Enable DEBUG MODE”.
    3. Click “Save Changes”.

P.S. Make sure to have the Popup Builder plugin latest version activated so you can have the Debug Mode feature available.

I activated the debug mode. The website is in maintenance mode now and I can’t provide a link.
It is still not working. I tried downgrading the plugin to the previous version and it works again and when I upgrade it back to the latest 3.71 version it stops working in the menu.

Hello, I have same problem, I activated the debug mode too, the buttons are INGRESAR & REGISTRO, but REGISTRATE button on footer, works perfectly. My site url is https://iqacademyonline.com/

    Thanks in advance

    Dear @amirdbest and @cargabsj175 ,

Thanks for getting back to us.
We will make sure to have checked this with our tech team and get back to you in case of any update.
    Thanks again for reporting.

    Dear @amirdbest and @cargabsj175 ,

So, we have checked the case again, and here is what we suggest to do:

Please, navigate to the Settings section of the Popup Builder plugin:

    https://prnt.sc/vht1sj
Uncheck the ”Delete popup data” option and make sure to click on the ”Save Changes” button:
    https://prnt.sc/vht1i2
This step is a must, in case you don’t want to lose all the popup data you have.
After, please, deactivate and delete the current version of the Popup Builder Plugin and install and activate this version:

The fix will be done during the upcoming update.
Please, let us know if that helped.

Hi, I tried as you said and the new version does NOT work as well.

One thing I realised is if I put the SAME popup in the MENU and in the CONTENT at THE SAME TIME using tags (a or span) then the menu works! however if I remove only the one in the content, suddenly the popup in the menu stops working!

I don’t know if that would help you. At the moment I will use the old version until the update comes.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.
