Popup not working for with Class attributes

So you are trying to use the popmake classes in your templates and they arn’t working properly? Is the correct popup Targeted to load on the page using that template?

@denish – You got it right. But fyi you don’t need both the popmake-123 and popmake-popup classes. Either one will do the same thing.

On that not if you inspect the code you will see in the footer above where your scripts are loaded there should be a <div id=”popmake-2246″ class=”popmake there. That isn’t there which tells me that likely you need to check the settings for that popup and be sure that the Targeting Conditions in the top right are set to load on that product page.

If products is a custom post type you can enable support for it( make it show up under targeting conditions) by going to Popup Maker -> Settings and checking the appropriate CPTs in the list of Supported CPTs checkboxes. Thene refresh and select the products that the popup needs to be available for.

In general the popup will not function unless targeted to load on the page its being called on.

I got popup working now.

One last question. I want to open same popup in two condition

1) Automatically on techzone page
2) and Not automatically But should be active for product custom post type (On Click)

So, In will select “Automatica popu…” Then it will also do job for Product Custom post type.

Is there any solution without Create 2 popup for each condition ?

@denish – At the moment no. But there are several plugins for duplicating posts that should work great for duplicating popups as well.

Their is no real way to do that orginization/settings wise. We would have to show all of the settings sections multiple times.
