Popup not working and displaying code after 1.6.9 update

After updating to 1.6.9 the popups have stopped working and the HTML code is now being displayed on the live page.

This is an example of what is displayed where the clickable image was previously displayed:

The website in question is using:

Wordpress 5.8.5
Jupiter 6.10.2
WPBakery Page Builder 6.8.0

The site uses the siteground optimizer plugin and I have turned of all modification and combining of files.

I have checked the error log and we are not getting any warnings or errors.
