Popup not working after updating wordpress

Me too. Using the css on page advanced “Open by selector” instead.

I was so elated when I found this plugin. However, it seems that there is an incompatibility. Running WordPress 5.3.2 with the Avada theme and elementor

Just stopped working after updating to the latest version of Elementor Pro (2.9).

FYI / It still not working even after update. Issue is still somewhere there and it hasn’t resolved yet.

@sukiwp I’m using it like this:
<a href="#elementor-action%3Aaction%3Dpopup%3Aopen%20settings%3DeyJpZCI6IjExMDY1IiwidG9nZ2xlIjpmYWxzZX0%3D">Alege Localitatea</a>
it worked in the past but now it doesn’t.

You can see it here https://notariate.ro/ on the chatbot on the down right side, be selecting Procura then Alta Localitate and the link “Alege Localitatea” should open the popup.

Have you tried on Incognito mode on your browser? Please note that if you ever closed the popup with “Do not show again” mode, it will never show up again in your browser. Please try on Incognito mode.
