Popup not working

We’ve checked and noticed that caching is enabled on your site.

The issue you described is likely related to caching.
This can cause changes not to be reflected on the front end or on mobile devices, as sometimes mobile browsers maintain separate caches.

Please clear all the caches and check again with different browsers and in incognito mode to see if the issue persists.
Let us know if everything works fine afterward.

Regarding the “X button,” we have an option available for this.
See the screenshot below:

Please check this and let us know about the outcome.

Thanks for your help. There is good news and bad news.

Good news: it is now generally working on PC and ipad.

It is not visible on my homepage/landing page (not an excluded page) and it is not working on mobile (and ipad vertical). On mobile you see the top edge, a line, and half of the X and it is possible to click on the X and close it, but apart from that top line it is not visible.

1. Could you please provide the version of the Popup Box plugin you’re currently using?
2. Please let us know your PHP version.
3. We would appreciate it if you could send us screenshots of the options of the following tabs: General, Limitation Users, and Settings.
   This will help us understand which options you’ve selected.

Regarding this, have you enabled the “Show on Homepage” option?

Regarding this, I want to note that WP Rocket also caches mobile pages. Have you cleared the mobile cache?

After clearing it, please test the popup on different mobile browsers, in incognito mode, and across various devices.
Let us know if the issue is resolved after doing so.
