    We’ve filled in all of the details for the pop up but we’re not getting it to load right on ipad or on mobile. I even used the setting to not have the pop up be viewable on ipad and it was still showing it. I’ve cleared the cache on the site and on the hosting site (Flywheel). Not sure what else to do from here. I confirmed with our developer than no other plugins could be stopping the pop up to work correctly. I’m at a loss for what to do.

    We checked your website and couldn’t find any active popups there.
    Please let us know whether you have a published popup or not.

    If not, please enable the popup and provide us with the link, where the popup is enabled to be opened so that we can check out the case.
    Also, please let us know whether you mean the popup normally worked on mobile (it was not opened) and was opened on iPad or not.
    Or the popup works in the same way for both the mobile and iPad.

    So sorry about that. The pop up is enabled now and should only come up on the homepage after 5 seconds (ministryjobs.com) for guests. It’s supposed to show on desktop, mobile and ipad but it’s not showing on mobile or ipad currently and I’m not sure why.

    The pop up should work the same way on desktop as it does on mobile/ipad. I have NOT selected to not show on ipad or mobile so it should be visable. Cache is cleared. Everything looks good on desktop but it’s the others that’s not showing. Let me know if there is any other info you need.

    I finally got the pop up to work on ipad and mobile but the text/font is off and I can’t scale the text down on mobile/ipad to fit in the pop up so you can see the fields (name/email address) and the button.

    Also, every person that tries it gets something different on mobile. The views are never the same.

    I want to mention, that, most of the time, the reason for the problem you are mentioning appears to be the cache.
    We checked your website and noticed that the popup is normally opened on the cached page both on PC and Mobile (Android/iOS).

    See the screenshots below:

    When scrolling down, the button can be normally displayed as well.

    The amount of content visible in the popup depends on the size of the device screen. To see the rest of the content, the users will need to scroll down.
    If you want people to learn that they need to scroll to see the content in the popup, you can enable the scrollbar (Settings Tab of the given popup).

    As far as we understand, the popup is deactivated?on your website again, as, if we enter your site in this way:

    There is no popup in the opened non-cached page.

    For mobile, the pop up settings allow you to change the size of the text/font but whenever I do that, the size doesn’t change. I’ve cleared the cache and I’m still getting the same results. I can change other settings (pictures/image, size of box) and those changes will take but the description font size don’t not change on mobile. I feel like if I can get the size of the font to change for the description on mobile, the other fields will display properly and it should make room for the button at the bottom. The font size work for desktop but they’re not for mobile.

    I took the logo off the top of the pop up and changed the button font size and no changes are being made to the pop up on mobile. It’s like it takes 24 hours for any chnages to be made on mobile or on the ipad. I’ve cleared the cache on our site, from the hosting, from my ipad and phone and nothing is working to save changes to mobile or ipad. I also added a scroll bar and it’s not showing. I shouldn’t have to clear cache every single day for the pop up to display for users If that’s the case, I’d like to have my money back because I’ve spent countless hours trying to get this to work.

    I want to mention, that the plugin normally works on our end.

    The case of the changes not being applied on the front end immediately is connected to the Cache plugin you?are using. The Popup Box plugin doesn’t have a connection to this case.
    The cached page is being opened each time when loading thus causing the changes not being displayed on the front end.

    To avoid this problem, please exclude?the link where the given popup is enabled?from the Cache plugin settings.
    Then, clear all the caches and check the case with either the?Incognito?mode?or?another browser/device.
