Popup Not working

    the popup is not showing but instead a black overlay exist which makes the site responsive i cant understand why it happens please help to fix this when i inspect this is what i got left: 538px !important; top: 927.5px !important; bottom: inherit !important; right: inherit !important;, i want to show popup one times a day
