Popup not working

    Hi,

    I’ve set up a popup campaign on a test page. I’ve added a custom form into the campaign, but when I click on the Submit button it doesn’t work. Would you please look into the issue?

    I suggest you to upgrade Icegram to its latest version (1.9.23).
    It will solve the issue.

    Hi Mich,

    There was an error from Icegram but its been fixed after the Icegram upgrade.

    Are you using this form anywhere else on your site(not with Icegram)? Is it working properly?
    Please share the link, so we can check.

    Which Form plugin/service are you using?
    I suggest you to use Rainmaker > Custom Form (add your custom form html there) and embed Rainmaker form in Icegram.

    Please share the results.

    Hi Team Icegram,

    No, I am not using this form anywhere else. I embedded a code for the subscription form from Zoho mailing list and added the code to the Message Body of the Campaign. Would you know the issue why it doesn’t work?

    I have created a popup campaign on a different site and the popup with the embedded form from Zoho is working.

    Hi Mich,

    I checked both the sites.
    It seems the issue is fixed and the submission is working.
    Both of them are showing success message (in a new tab) after clicking submit button.
