Popup not triggered

Hello,
I’ve installed the plugin, created a popup, set up display conditions: entire website.
I’ve copied the text from Show URL button into a download icon button from an mp3 player plugin. For the download they require an URL.
Problem is, when I put this link: #elementor-action%3Aaction%3Dpopup%3Aopen%26settings%3DeyJpZCI6IjM4OTEiLCJ0b2dnbGUiOmZhbHNlfQ%3D%3D
It just wants to download the mp3 file. If I put this link: https://cosminmirza.com/freebies#elementor-actionactionpopupopensettingseyJpZCI6IjM4OTEiLCJ0b2dnbGUiOmZhbHNlfQ
it wants to download the html file of this page.
What’s wrong?
