Popup not subscribing new users

    This plugin is awesome! It looks great, and it offers everything that I was desiring. The only issue that I have is when I attempt to sign up, the popup just keeps thinking and never subscribes the information. I am using the i-design theme.

    Hey there,

    Thank you for reaching out with this and thank you for the kind words. I’m really glad you like Opt-In Hound.

    What happens is that the plugin does an AJAX request, but the server responds with a 404 not found error for WordPress’s admin-ajax.php file. This is a bit strange, because the file does exist in your WordPress installation.

    I would recommend contacting your hosting company and explaining the above situation. It is most probably a server issue.

    I also noticed you have modified the Last Name field to a State field. Are you looking at using custom fields with your form?
