I have created several popups to open when a link in the footer is clicked on. In the lowest line, a popup is opened when the user clicks on Talenten ontplooien, Vitaliteit herstellen, Koers realiseren or HSP als kracht. However, on mobile the popup does not open.

Any idea how this is possible and how it can be solved? Thank you in advance!

Hello @michaaeell – we do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

I checked your site on my actual mobile device (an iPhone XR) and yes, the footer menu item is not working as expected.

Could you please try to add this class extra CSS selector below to the popup trigger and see if that works now?
    .footer-item footer-thema popmake-531 pum-trigger

@mariatogonon thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, that didn’t fix the problem. Moreover, using that approach for other elements doesn’t seem to work either, even on desktop…

I too am having an issue with this not showing on mobile. I think i have narrowed it down to display: block in this element https://prntscr.com/zmhyxa – which is supposed to show the initial overlay and popup – is not working now. When you close the popup some js somewhere changes that form display:block to dislay: none.

This feature is not working. Whats the fix?

@nathancoffey in my case it will really stupid actually… Under Popup settings, there is a checkbox ‘Disable this popup on mobile devices’ which I didn’t notice. I hope it can be fixed in your case as easily as in mine!
