Popup Not Showing on Mobile

The first time it was showing the popup on mobile and desktop. Now, it shows on desktop but not on mobile. Currently, I have two apps since yours is only working for desktop I have one that works on both for my mobile users which are the majority. I like your app more due to the style, but if I can’t resolve this I will have to erase the app.
Please assist.
