Popup not showing on Ipad

Hello,

First of all thank you for this plugin, it is doing exactly what I wanted and I was able to customize it easily thanks to your tutorials.

I have an issue on Ipad, the popup isn’t showing at all.

I tried to reset my cache and everything but couldn’t make it work. I also checked if the popup was disappearing when re sizing the web browser window as the website is responsive but I could still see it there.

Could you help me on this please?
