Popup not showing at all fresh install

Sure thing we could do that but I’d rather suggest forwarding this to theme developers as this is specific to that theme and they should be the ones that are most familiar with the theme and the scripts that are being used in it. If you still want to do that you can send us a copy and I’ll test it and forward this to our developer so he can take a look. ?I’ve checked it out and there is a JS error displayed in the console:

?Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).fitVids is not a function
?
?The error is displayed regardless of popup being active or not and it should indicate on missing a JS library that should be added by either that theme or some other theme specific plugin so this is definitely an issue with the theme. What happens is that this error prevents scripts that are loading after which is the reason PopUp doesn’t work, hope this makes sense.

?For this I’d have to suggest contacting theme developers as they should know how to proceed with this.

@?avede2047 This is just a stripslash issue in the plugin and it has already been reported to our developer. I’ve offered solution for that in this thread here.
