PopUp not showing

I hope you’re well today!

I understand that this popup is in “published” status already and not “draft”, right?

If you are using cache (of any kind) on site and/or server, have you tried to clear it?

If that’s not the case or it doesn’t help, I’d like to start with checking popup settings so could you share a screenshot of the current “Visibility” settings and “Behavior” settings with me?

1. Yes, the popup is published and not just drafted.

2. I cleared the cache of my browser and the cache of divi without any effects. I’m not sure if there is anything else to clear.

3. Here are the screenshots of all settings of the two categories. Would be great if you could check them for me ??

Thanks for response!

The “Visiblity” rules look fine.

But I noticed that on your screenshots you have included each “trigger” option so there are screenshots for “Pop-up trigger” set for time, scroll, click, exit intent and ad-block – “ad-block” being the last one.

If you look into your popup configuration on site, is this the option that is selected currently? Or any other than “time”?

I now turned off everything except the time delay (still 1 second just for testing) trigger (no effect). I don’t get your last question. What do you mean with “popup configuration on site” – which site? Where can I find this?
