Popup not showing.

    I just published a popup for the first time, it is set to trigger on page load on the whole website and the popup is published and active.

    I also checked if wp_footer() was in the footer file of the footer.php file (as I saw in another support thread). I am running a child theme that connects to the main theme, and the child theme doesn’t have a footer.php file (it uses the main theme file).

    Also worth noting that no pages are excluded from the popup.

    @tjdyo Just examined your website. Looks like you have updated the plugin but did not clear the cache plugin’s cache. Kindly clear the cache of the cache plugin and then clear your browser cache and the popup should show up.
