Popup not showing

    There are many things that could cause this. Pleasedouble check the popup is set to “live”, and that is set to show in the correct time/place you are expecting.

    If you continue to have troubles, please send us some screenshots of your forms publications settings, so that we can diagnose what went wrong.

    The pop-up is not showing up.

    I have taken it to live but it still doesn’t show-up.

    Thanks for your message.

    It is possible there is a pop up blocker on your browser stopping the optin from appearing or there is another theme or plugin causing a conflict.

    I would recommend viewing your page in incognito mode to see if the optin appears or turning off your other plugins to check.
