Popup not showing

    Hi there,
    i’ve tried every option in the plugin to show up the popup (which is very beautiful) but there is no way to show it to not logged-in users.

    Only me can se it.

    I do use wp-super-cache plugin and autoptimize.
    I can see the plugin code on the html and also on the .js files.

    No errors in the console.

    I would like to use the plugin, so, if anyone can help I appreciate ??

  • Could be due to autoptimize, try disabling Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

    if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

    I’ve ignored this js /plugins/wordpress-popup/assets/hustle-ui/js/hustle-ui.min.js by the autoptimize and cleared all cache but Hustle show stats still stuck on the same number.

    Can someone see the popup on my website after 10s? https://www.pedarilhos.com.br

    It seems that only shows on my ip.

    Actually its showing up.

    What is only working locally is subscription, and views count.

    It only counts my views, and if someone try to subscribe it gives a message: Something went wrong, please try again later.

    Thats why nobody is subscribing.

    Any ideas?

    Yeah,
    the popup is showing, but anyone can subscribe + statistics view not showing.

    It seems that was because of the .htaccess that i had to my entire wp-admin was blocking requests to admin-ajax.php which is necessary for this kind of plugins work.
