Popup Not Scrolling Properly On Small Screens

    Hi,

    A popup designed with Popup Maker is not scrolling fully on screens below a certain width in resolution. The effect can be seen when first visiting the home page of my site: https://www.naturewindowsphoto.com/

    We discovered that on phone screens where the popup fills the entire screen, we are not able to scroll far enough to reach the close button and it isn’t possible to get past the popup to the page content. This effect can be simulated on larger screens by simply making the browser window narrow, similar in width to a phone. The close button then becomes inaccessible.

    The interesting thing is that a few days ago this didn’t seem to be a problem and users with cell phones said they had no trouble closing the popup. Not sure if it was something I changed, or something that changed in a recent update.

    @natwin – Just checked this out. It appears the close button is off the right side of the screen. Is that what you are seeing?

    If so what I am actually seeing is that something in your site is wider than the screen, this causes all of your content to go off screen on the right. Basically some content forces the “document” to render larger than the screen, when the popup is rendered it is rendered based on the document size. So the popup appears to be rendering correctly, but some peice of content is causing the entire site to be wider than the screen.

    Easy test to prove this, try clearing cookies and viewing any other page that doesn’t have the wide content issue such as: https://www.naturewindowsphoto.com/artist/bio/

    Popup appears normal on that page. Also another test is that on responsive sites, you should not be able to scroll left and right, on your home page you can scroll to the right which indicates that something is sticking out there to make it do that.
