    Honestly, this is something to do with the browser. When scrolling the page on a browser, it changes or resizes the viewport and the web address, buttons below the browser changes. The desktop and mobile browser have a different rendering of the div elements.

    The solution would be to disable repositioning on the mobile devices and ensure the fixed position is not enabled on the popup’s display settings. To target the mobile, you may use the Advanced Targeting Conditions extension – Device is Mobile.
