popup not respecting frequency setting

    I have the popup showing count set to “1” and popup showing enquiry set to 100 days. Despite this, it pops up each time I go to the website on my iPhone.

    How do I make it adhere to the setting? I am using the free version.

    Could you please give us the page URL where we can see the issue live?
    We have double checked on our side and everything works as expected. I guess there may be some JS errors on your side which may affect on popups.

    Sorry. The plugin was too problematic so I deactivated it.

    I have a similar issue. If I do not check the “popup showing limitation” box, the popup works fine but shows up every time anyone goes to the homepage.

    If I set the limitation to any numbers (e.g. Frequency = 1 & Expiration = 5), then no popup appears at all. Given the above configuration, I would expect the popup to appear once then wait 5 days before appearing again.

    I have tested this on different devices some that have never accessed our homepage and still no popup appears.

    It is currently set to Frequency = 1 & Expiration = 1 and no popup appears.
