Popup not popping up on Main page

I’m sorry you have faced this issue in your site. I viewed the page and saw that popup #4935 – holiday-gcs is initializing and opening in the browser console.

But for some reasons, the CSS trigger is not rendering properly in the frontend. A conflict to your theme or one of the plugins might be causing an issue with the CSS trigger.

Could you please add the below CSS to force the CSS trigger? You may add it to your Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

.pum-overlay.pum-active,
.pum-overlay.pum-active .popmake.active {
    display: block !important;
}
