Popup not opening on homepage

I have been using this wonderful plugin for a year now and recently it stopped working on freelance seo h.elp dt com (remove period). I had it set to auto open after 6000 seconds on the homepage but it’s not loading at all.

I cleared the cache. I have 4 popups but only 1 is active and should open on homepage.
