I have installed the plugin and create an image popup with a redirect. It only works if I am logged in but does not work for mobile or incognito mode. I have cleared cache.

If I disable my cache plugin – wp optime 3.3.2 it works fine in mobile and incognito mode. Have you any suggestions on how to get it working with the cache plugin activated?

    Dear @dunnamana1,

    Thank you for your topic.

Please clarify what problem exactly you are facing: whether the popup can’t be opened on your website or not.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you.

Thanks for the speedy response. I have created the popup to display on the home page on load. The popup works fine if I deactivate the WP OPTIMISE 3.3.2 plugin in both the chrome browser and mobile.

However, if I make the WP OPTIMISE plugin active and use the incognito chrome browser, the popup window fails to display. In addition, it no longer works for the mobile. I really need the WP OPTIMISE plugin switched on as it positvely impacts on the website performance.

    Does that make sense?

    Dear @dunnamana1,

    Thank you for your response.

I would like to note that we have checked the case on our end and the popup worked normally during the active cache.

We noticed that the cache is disabled and worked normally on your website.

Please enable the cache again, clear all caches, including the mobile cache, and then check the case again.

Please check this and get back to us with an outcome.

    Thank you.

I have switched back on the cache, cleared cache and the popup is no longer displaying.

Let me know what you think

    Thanks

    Dear @dunnamana1,

    Thank you for your response.

I would like to note that we have checked and noticed that there is a jQuery error in your console.

    See the screenshot below:

JQuerry is one of the core files of WordPress. On your page it is also cached, and most presumably that makes the problem.

Please make sure that the given file is not cached from your cache plugin.
    wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js

After that, please clear all the caches, check the case again, and let us know about the outcome.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you.
