PopUp not displaying on Mobile

    Installed PopupBox yesterday. Popup works fine on PC, does not appear on mobile and not set to be hidden on mobile.

    Please provide us with the following information for further investigation of your case.

    1. Please provide us with screenshots of the options of the General, Settings, and Limitation Users tabs so that we can check the settings configuration.
    2. The link, where the given popup is opened.
    3. Let us know whether you are using a Cache plugin or not.
      If yes, then, please clear all the caches (including the mobile cache ) and check the case again.

    Thank you for your response! I should have waited 5 minutes before posting. Fixed by clearing cache.
