Popup not displaying

Hello!

I’m currently trying to make the popup show up on a staging environment, test home page. I’ve tried:

– Deactivating all plugins except WP Staging and WP Terms Popup

– Using the shortcode (w/o using divi builder) https://gyazo.com/06137c6cfb00c996bb15bf9ae0b5ca65
– Using the on-page options w/o using the divi builder AND the shortcode on the same page

Any ideas?
