Popup not displaying

  • We are testing to see if this will work fo our clients needs, and have a few questions:

    The events are not displaying a pop up when clicked – is this something we have to change in the settings? We would rather not share the example link publicly, can we send it somewhere else?

    We will have a main calendar on the site, with several other smaller calendars on event pages that only have inputs for that specific event. Would having one calendar and using categories for the event page calendars be the best way to do this?

    There’s a setting to disable pop-ups; you can check to see whether that’s checked at My Calendar > Settings > Output.

    If that’s not the issue, then I’ll need to see the site, as it’s probably a conflict of some kind, but I haven’t really anyway to know.

    And yes – calendar and categories is totally reasonable. You could also do break outs by location, if that’s more relevant to you.
