    Stephanie when visiting your site I couldn’t tell that the plugin was installed. I would normally see “wwsgd” somewhere in the page source but I didn’t see that. You might try temporarily switching to the default wordpress template to see if that fixes the issue. It would tell you whether it’s an issue with your template.
