Popup not appearing

I’m sorry that our plugin doesn’t work correctly on your site.

I checked your site and from what I can see there is an error in the browser console that most probably is the reason why popup is not displaying.

I would suggest running a plugin conflict test. You can follow the steps from the flowchart:

Make sure you have a backup of your site before making any changes.
