    Hi

Ive trawled the forums for a solution… however cant get the popup to appear on any page in the site.

    autogroupinternational.com

Ive turned off all plugins to no avail. The sites theme is customized based on the 2012 theme, so I verified that other themes (2014) and it allows the popup to work..so im assuming a jquery conflict or missing function call in this theme specifically.

I can also see the css loading in for the popup maker, set to hidden…assuming that another function runs to make it unhidden after my defined 4 seconds.

    Any insight appreciated.

@mckstu – Looks like you have a JS error in your themes head. Uncaught TypeError: $(…).responsiveSlides is not a function.

Once you get that fixed your popups should work fine. JS errors like that cause all JS that hasn’t run yet to be ignored.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Danieliser

I have removed the error, by adding js file that was missing …im not sure that the code is even relavent…as the original coder has got 3 sliders installed and has coded some of them directly into the page template.

Anyway…no console errors and still no popup…?

    any other suggestions?

@mckstu – Can you check your PHP error logs. Looks like the Popup Maker CSS is loading in the head, but the JS isn’t in the footer. Also looks like your footer just stops after the second JS script is added. This could indicate a PHP error occurring there as I tend to see minimum 6-8 JS scripts there on even the most basic sites.
