Popup Maker Randomly Deletes All Settings

    Hi there,

    My issue is sometimes Popup Maker will randomly clear out all settings for a popup. It will not clear out the content of the popup, but it clears out everything under the tinymce editor… Display, size, triggers, etc.

    This is the second time I’ve had Popup Maker behave like this. The last time (maybe a year ago, on a different site) I figured it was a fluke and just reinstated the settings. Last night while working on another site, I edited the popup content, saved it, verified it looked good, then continued working on other portions of the site (customizer changes). This morning the popup did not seem to be working, and when I checked, all settings were cleared out.

    Any ideas?

    @the9mm Sorry to hear that, but honestly, no ideas other than a conflict with a lesser known plugin/theme. Otherwise it would have had other reports by now.

    Further its gonna be hard to debug unless we can figure out how to duplicate it reliably.

    If you can make it happen on demand we can then try disabling other plugins to see if the issue goes away and track it to a specific conflict. Otherwise I will make a note and be on the lookout for any other similar reports, but there isn’t much we can do at this time.
