Popup Maker plugin stopped working

After the last update of the theme, no pop-up windows open on any page, although everything worked before. There are no PHP and javascript errors. The problem disappears after changing the theme to the standard Twenty Twenty-One.

But the decision made in it is temporary and did not suit me.
