Popup maker hijacks bulk plugin activation

I’m presently working in a development environment where I frequently have to turn plugins on and off in bulk.

Unfortunately, one of the side effects of this is that Popup-Maker redirects me to my list of popups upon the activation of all plugins. While this does not stop the rest of the plugins from activating (though another plugin is causing that exact problem), it’s getting to be quite an annoyance, especially with the other plugin doing its own thing too.

Is there a way to prevent the redirect from happening if the plugin has already been activated once on the user’s system?
